The Bonefish Agree to Merger, Hellcats Expand to Gold A

The Hellcats Hockey Club has concluded negotiations for the merging of the Bonefish, securing the club’s entry into the Oakland Ice Center’s Gold A division.

The Bonefish are icon of the Gold A division and multiple championship winner, yet as we know, there is sometimes when a team needs more than just goals and assists to win hockey games. They were looking for a management structure to ensure its long-term success, and having sat out the first two games this season not knowing if they would field a team. Negotiations began and within a week a merger agreement was agreed to on September 22nd, 2015.

Hellcats Merge with Thirsty Bears

League Office Facilitates Thirsty Bears Acquisition, Hellcats to Join Over 40 A

The Hellcats Hockey Club has concluded negotiations for the acquisition of the Thirsty Bears, securing the club’s entry into the Oakland Ice Center’s Over 40 A division.

The Thirsty Bears, a icon of the Over 40 A division and multiple championship winner, had fallen on hard times during the the 2015 Summer Season. With a doubt hanging over the Team for the Winter Season, the League Office reached out to The Hellcats Hockey Club who were exploring an entry into the Over 40 A, or Over 40 B, divisions.

After two weeks to conduct a feasibility analysis the Club entered into an agreement to acquire the Thirsty Bears on September 8th, 2015.

Felix Knows What Is Going Down

Board of Directors Quarterly Meeting, September 4th, 2015

The Hellcats Hockey Club Board of Directors has scheduled the Clubs Pre-Winter season quarterly meeting for Friday, September 4th, 2015. The meeting will be held at 12 pm at the Royal Exchange, 301 Sacramento Street, San Francisco, CA 94111.

The main focus of the meeting will be to identify Summer season awards recipients, draft rosters for the Winter season, and review Club operations.

Club Announces 2015—2016 Winter Season Team Skate on Monday, August 31st, 2015

The Club has booked ice for a Team Skate this Monday, August 31st at 10 pm. Cost for Club Members will be $20 for an hour. This is the last ice time slot so the Team Skate is likely to go on past 11 pm.

2015 Summer Season Ends in Disappointing Fashion

The Hellcats Hockey Club concluded the 2015 Summer Season in disappointing fashion last night.

 

Hellcats Tuesday Summer Record

Lost to the the eventual champion Moose 7 to 1 in the second round of the playoffs having secured the Bye in being the Gold C Division’s top team.

 

Hellcats Wednesday

Lost to the Kingfish 6 to 4 in the second round of the Playoffs having secured the third place in the Gold B Division, 3 points behind the regular season leading Blue Jays.

Were defeated in surprising fashion by the sixth place San Francisco Fire Department 6 to 0, leaving a bitter taste after a successful season reaching third place among the eight team Gold D Division.
